The ontology is a conversion of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council's (FFIEC) Call Report taxonomy file (call-report031-2016-09-30-v129-instr.xml). Intrutions is an XML (not an XSD) file. The ontology version contins instances for classes inplementing the linkbases. The raw XBRL/XML import has been enhanced an integrated into HFR and LKIF. Classes and properties that Jayzed added to the raw import have copyright, but they are Open Source, free to use.
From the CDR Interchange Specification Version 1.02 (rdfs:seeAlso): Instructions linkbase is represented using the label linkbase. It contains the instructions for the entire report, schedules and MDRM concepts. Instruction linkbase MUST contain one extended link that has all the instructions and relationships between elements and instructions. A locator element is used to point to the elements in the corresponding Call Report schema and the concepts schema, a resource element is used to contain the caption and a labelArc to connect a concept to its caption. The arc role attribute on the labelArc element MUST be set to: http://www.ffiec.gov/xbrl/report/lineInstruction
